one of partnership firm was running a petrol pump, but due to some problem petrol pump has been discontine since last 3 years , but not forever close. But company is paying interest on deposit lying with him. whether firm can paid interest and remuneration to partners on that interest income

Yeah! You can show the temporary shut down of the business and can pay interest and remuneration to the working partners...
