Can we pay Remuneration to non-executive directors ? Can we pay Remuneration to executive directors ? What is he slab of Remuneration to be paid to executive/non-executive directors

remuneration of Non ex. director will be disallow in income tax act. payment of remuneration of exe. direction is allowed further there is no limit in pvt ltd co. regarding pmt of remuneration to its ex. directors
