Remuneration to Company as a partner

Can remunearion be paid by partnership firm to the company who is a partner in the firm? What if directors of that Company are working on behalf of Company? Thus will the company be treated as working partner?

No remunaration can not be paid to the company. For availing benefir of remunaration to partners , partner has to be individual.
