please tell me about remunaration of deputy managing director and whole time director under schedule XIII of company act ,if there is an inadequate profit.
Also tell, if the effective capital of a company is Rs 5 crore or more but less than Rs 25 crore then limit of monthly remuneration of Rs. 250000 is applicable on per director or for all directors.Its urgently.

It is applicable on every director and you will file Form-25A with CG separately, if applicable.
You will pass separate resolution for deputy MD and WTD.
