17 February 2011 Pls. clarify what is the procedure for removal of input as such after availing Cenvat Credit under Excise and also procedure for removal of input as such not availing cenvat credit.

22 February 2011 Under as such the credit availed would be required to be exactly reversed irrespective of whether the inputs are being sold at higher or lower prices.CST/ VAT wouldbe charged subsequently.
If no credit availed then only CST/ VAT wouldbe charged.
