Relocation allowance taxability

19 July 2014 I have received Rs. 50000 relocation allowance. My HR manager asked me to submit the bills of expenses. But i did not submit.
So they have charged income tax/tds on that amount i.e.
now i want to claim relocation allowance as exemption. Please help me

19 July 2014 first of all submit copy of the expense vouchers to the employer and then claim the exemption in your tax return
