I have claimed relief u/s 89 in my return without filing form 10E, after processing the return relief has not been allowed by department
After processing the return I have filed form 10E, should I need to file revised return ?

Yes file revised return with form 10E.

and you can do rectification u/s 154 as reprocess the case...!!!
