15 September 2008 Demand Loan is a loan which is repayable on demand. Demand loans include ; loan against FDR, Loan against RD, NSC etc. This is a category of loan where the loan funds are secured and the recovery is in time and fast. The limit of loan in such type of loan is sanctioned by having a sufficient margin to cover the interest recovery also.
