Hello,
I am facing a problem in filling up the form of Articleship registration.
I am doing articlship from pune also i am doing graduation from Kolkata. It is not compulsory for doing regular classes in my college.
My queries are:
1. How could I feel up form 112 as i am doing my Articleship in Pune ?
2. Do I leave form 112 blank ?
3. Only filling form 102 and 103 and not filling 112 will make any issue in future as , I am going against ICAI regulations.

Look Kishan u must have to intimate ICAI for the additional course pursued during articleship tenure. But I suggest not to give form 112, since u r saying no attendance problem in ur Coll. But during college exams u will face problems, for not attending the office.

Actually my firm has given me leave and they will give in future.
But if I will not disclose to ICAI regarding my graduation course, Do they create any issue during obtaining the membershp number ??

I have heard that before giving membership number, they perform a scrutiny test on sample basis.

No if u can adjust with ur principal about ur leave for graduation then there is no problem. Better not to disclose it.
