I got provisional I'd and password from service tax,I am unable to migrate to get earlier,it is showing error as your RC under is cancelled therefore, your provisional ID stands cancelled hence you are not permitted to migrate under GST.what is the solution for this.

You will have to mail the details of the assessee to cbesmitra.helpdesk @ icegate.gov.in and cc to gst-st6mum @ gov.in quoting the mail subject as "Provisional ID required to migrate to GST" and give the following details:- Name, ST no., email id, mobile no., State as per latest ST-2 from your registered email ID at ACES. Also do attach the ST-2 and the sanpshot of the error.
New Provisional ID will be send at registered Email ID
