i want to file salary return of my client through NSDl site (Excel utility) but its asking for employer's tin no. which is not available because my clients employer have not the same and also xml file is not generated whithout it.

Refer Form 16 given to your client by his employer.
TAN of employer will be available in Form-16.

form no 16 is not issued and also no tds is deductes and also employer has no tan no.

Then it is not possible to file ITR without TAN.
Try by dummy 10 digit TAN if u want to file.

If TDS is not deducted then its not mandatory to mention TAN no.

When there is no TDS deducted then why are you filling 2nd sheet.

IF I WILL NOT FILL 2 ND SHEET THAN IT WILL ALLOW ME TO GENERATE XML FILE?

Since TDS has not been deducted you do not have to fill the details of the same.

Thx i've removed all d data related to tds noe xml file is generated.........
