can composition dealer sale goods one town to another town to retailer in same state? and is any e way Bill required for that purpose?

Yes ye can supply within State.
E-way bill required only if you goods of more than Rs.50000/- sale by you.

how to generate e way bill when seller sell in another town with his own vehicle and he can't issue invoice before reaching the another town beacause he sell on the basis of requirement of customers which are not predectible?

if the sale is not predictable, there is NO need to carry e way bill.
In the commercial terms it is called as "Ready Goods" cargo. The cargo belongs to seller unless it is bought by the buyer on the spot.

like it happens in the distributor's case......
s/he loads the van and goes individually to each shop/customer AND as per the requirement of the shop, the sle is effected. So? No e way bill to be carried with the van....
