Related to ca final exams

I had registered for both the group of CA final but due to my accident i cant be able to give group 2,i already have given all my papers of group 1
so someone asked me that the institute will not publish my result if i wont give group 2,is this true
if i got cleared in group one this time will the institute stop me and i have to give group one again,please clarify
Moreover, if you clear the 1st group, you DO NOT HAVE to appear for that group again.
So dont worry and relax. And get well soon and start preparing for the 2nd Group.
