What is the difference between section 11 and section 10(23c)(iiiad)
18 May 2014
10(23c)(iiiad) applies only to educational institutions with annual receipts not exceeding Rs 1 cr...for any educational institute with revenue exceeding this limit, section 11 shall apply.
