I have completed 2year 3months articles. Now I took termination due to my health issues. With in what time I should rejoin in new firm?
I have to undergo articles for extra 9 months as I already took 5 months of leave

Mr.Imran, you should rejoin in articles immediately and you should ensure that as on the first day of the month in which you are writing ca final exam you should have completed 2 yrs 6 mths of your articles . For suppose if you have rejoined 2 mths after your termination and you have not completed 2.5yrs of articles as on 1st May/Nov then your attempt will be postponed. Not even single day short will be excused by ICAI
