Good day.

I am Working as an Accountant in an Software Organization, Ascendas,Chennai.

To Reduce the Employees Tax liability We have: Telephone; Attire; Car; Medical; LTA & Food Coupons (Sodexo) Reimbursements. In 'Telephone' Reimbursement:- Whether Broadband connection , Data usage Bills can that be Claimed? And as per law are there any limits set for Telephone; Attire; Car; Medical & LTA Reimbursement.

13 April 2015 There is no limit specified by Act. However Employess will submit the bills against them and balance amt if bills not submitted will be taxable in the hands of the employees.

But my Main Question is against 'Telephone Reimbursement' Can the Broadband Connection, Data Usage Bills Considered???

So as per your Statement I can take it as "We Can Accept" those bills against Telephone Reimbursement right???
