I want to ask about the reimbursement of medical bill. Is the leaser treatment bill is eligible under reimbursement of medical bill. Please give me the details of the section and its proviso.I am waiting for the reply

Dear Heena,
Medical reimbursement includes reimbursement for any medical treatment including that for laser treatment.
the exemption is subject to maximum of rs 15000

in which section it is mentioned that laser treatment is also included because account department has rejected the bill saying that laser treatment is cosmetic treatment that is why i want some proff. If you know about the section of Rule details then please let me know
