03 January 2015 Hi, our GTA agent has issued an invoice against reimbursement of marine insuance premium paid by him on our behalf. Whether this is taxable and if yes under which category. Pls help.

03 January 2015 Whether GTA has issued a separate invoice for that & proofs of payment of premium..and if he is doing so and not charging any amount over & above premium amount then there would be no service tax liability on that.
