PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR IS IT COMPULSORY FOR A TRADER WHOM EXPORT THE ELCTRICAL GOODS TO MAINTAIN THE EXCISE RECORDS IF YES PLEASE MENTIONED THE REGISTER ONE HAS TO MAINTAINED.
