If I have three place of business in three city in Gujarat, it is mandatory to take take separate registration for each business place? OR one registration in gujarat state is sufficient?

15 September 2016 you need to take one CGST registration.....
SGST registration will be State wise....
In your case since you have 3 places in Gujarat, you need to take CGST and SGST registration.
