Registration u/s 12AB has been sanctioned up to 2024-2025. what is the time limit for renewal of such registration

If your registration under section 12AB has been sanctioned up to the financial year 2024-2025, you must apply for renewal at least six months before the expiry of the registration period. Since your registration is valid up to 31st March 2025 (end of FY 2024-25), the renewal application should have been submitted on or before 30th September 2024. If the renewal application is not submitted at least six months before the expiry, the registration will lapse at the end of its validity period. The entity may have to apply for fresh registration as a new applicant, which may involve stricter scrutiny and a potentially more complex process.
