Please suggest me what type of registration required to run a 3 star hotel business in Delhi?

Hotel Structure is ready?

We are partnership firm , based on Mumbai,,,This is our 3rd brnch in India.

please advice me asap for you.

1. Business Registration
Since you’re a partnership firm based in Mumbai with a branch in Delhi, you need to register your firm’s branch in Delhi as per the local laws.
You can register the branch under Shop and Establishment Act (Delhi).
2. Trade License
Obtain a Trade License from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) or the relevant local body.
This license permits you to carry out hotel business legally.
3. Food Safety License (FSSAI)
If your hotel has food services/restaurants, register with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India).
It’s mandatory for all food business operators.
4. Hotel Classification Certificate
For a 3-star rating, you must get your hotel classified and graded by the Ministry of Tourism through the Hotel and Restaurant Approval and Classification Committee.
This is necessary to officially use the “3-star” status.
5. GST Registration
Since hotel services are taxable, GST registration is mandatory.
