Dear Friends!
My brother is into Hair weaving business and also does Obesity business. He is having his own setup with an investment of about 5 lac. He earns Rs.0.50lac (net) aprrox per month. His queries are:-
1. Is this attract service tax?
2. If yes, what is the procedure of getting registration?
3. What is the procedure of getting his business registration?
4. He wanted to file Income Tax. what is the procedure of doing that?
Your advice in this respect will highly be solicited.

Service tax is exempted till 10 lacs.Registration is required before nearing this limit. Registration process is available at ACES.GOV.IN.
