09 April 2012 if a partnership firm has already registered in VAT and thereafter firm is taken over by PVT. Ltd. Co.. Is any CST number is required to Pvt Ltd Co. or it can do business with old CST No. aquired from partnership firm ?

09 April 2012 yeah Pvt Ltd can do Business with OLD CST NO. ok they just need to Submit letter to....Vat Office regarding Partnership Firm taken over by Pvt ltd
