Dear Experts, A trust was established in May-14 with charitable purpose & we wants to apply for registration u/s 12A & thereafter u/s 80G. While filling Form 10A for registration u/s 12A, we need to enclose following: 1. Certified copy of the instrument under which the trust/institution was created/established,together with a copy thereof.(Copy of trust deed) 2. Certified copy of document evidencing the creation of the trust or the establishment of the institution, together with a copy thereof (Copy of deed & PAN Card) 3. Two copies of the accounts of the trust (Since this is first year, what would be enclosed) Please suggest remarks written in brackets of each point is correct Also let me know anything else should we consider while applying 12A certificate
