what document should be submitted to IT department for Registration of trust u/s 12A.

For registration u/s 12A:-
a) From 10 A in triplicate to be filed before your jurisdictional CIT along with
b) Certified copy of the instrument by which the institution is created and
c) If the institution is an existing one, then,copies of the financial statements since inception or for last three years which ever is less.
