I need your help in registering the Sec.25 company and my questions are:

1.I want detailed procedure of the registering a Sec.25 company;my email id is mohd.gous@yahoo.co.in
2.whether we need to publish the general notice in newspaper for Sec.25 or not?
3.After Form1A, Form24A is to be filled but is there any need of physical verification of the documents?

A Section 8 Company is a company formed:

For charitable or not-for-profit purposes (e.g., education, art, religion, science, environment, etc.)
Profits are not distributed to members, but reinvested in the objectives.
It is governed by Section 8 of Companies Act, 2013 (earlier Section 25 of Companies Act, 1956).

✅ 2. Procedure to Register a Section 8 Company (as of now)

Step-by-Step Process:
📝 Step 1: Get Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

For all proposed directors
Apply through Certifying Authorities (e.g., eMudhra, Sify)
🧾 Step 2: Apply for Name Reservation

File Part A of SPICe+ form on MCA Portal
Choose a unique name (can include words like Foundation, Association, Society, etc.)
Mention that it’s for a Section 8 Company
📄 Step 3: Prepare MOA & AOA

MOA in Form INC-13
