13 September 2013 SIR OURS IS A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY AND WE HAVE PASSED AN ORDINARY RESOLUTION FOR INCREASING OUR BORROWING POWER FROM 10 CRORES TO 30 CRORES. DO WE NEED TO GET THE RESOLUTION REGISTERED WITH ROC BY FILING FORM 23 SINCE SECTION 293(1)(D) DOES NOT APPLY TO PRIVATE LTD. COMPANY.
