we have client whose service tax registration to be done..he is staying in rented property..wat are the documents required to be submitted??

cOPY OF PAN CARD COPY OF lEASE DEED/ RENT AGREEMENT COPY OF DECLARATION LETTER OF AUTHORITY TO THE PERSON WHO WILL COLLECT ST - 2 (EVEN ON LETTER HEAD IS SUFFICIENT)
NOTE: THOUGH IN CASE OF CENTRALIZED REGISTRATION FOR MULTIPLE BRANCHES
