we have client whose service tax registration to be done..he is staying in rented property..wat are the documents required to be submitted??

COPY OF DECLARATION
LETTER OF AUTHORITY TO THE PERSON WHO WILL COLLECT ST - 2 (EVEN ON LETTER HEAD IS SUFFICIENT)
NOTE: THOUGH IN CASE OF CENTRALIZED REGISTRATION FOR MULTIPLE BRANCHES
