Actually. a partnership firm having capital of not more than 10 lakhs want to convert into private limited company doing finance business.
Is it necessary to obtain approval from RBI as in their MOA word "Finance" will be stated?

Yes,if you going to do business with word finance, then u will be covered under RBI regulatory and required to take approval.
