Can some body provide me DETAIL OF CHARGES WHICH REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED UNDER THE ACT. PROVIDE EXAMPLE OF CHARGES ALSO IF KNOW.

My another question is that in the following case whether we have to register the charge or not:-
A company borrow money from a banking institute for purchase of cars and trucks on installment payment basis whether it should be registered its charge or not. is it mandatory???????

For the list of compulsorily registerable charges kindly check section 125(4) of the companies act, 1956.

With the help of this list you can easily solve ur qquery.

05 February 2010 well financing for private and commercial vehicle is not require to be register with roc i.e. to create charge.
