Dear All
I am desirous of forming a AOP. The desired name will be Gujarat Steel Traders Association. The association will be for the benefit of all the steel traders and manufacturers of Gujarat.
My query is where should i register this AOP. I mean will it be registered as a society, trust or is there any separate registration for NTC like these.

Form the association as an association only. Enter into an agreement for forming an association amongst the proposed members of the associatino.
Once the association deed is prepared, you can open bank accounts, have PAN number for the association.
No need to go for the trust, society etc route.
