I AM PROVIDING TWO TAXABLE SERVICES SIMULTANEOUSLY AND GETTING TURNOVER IN AS BELOW:
FIRST SERVICE RS. 5,12,200/-
SECOND SERVICE RS. 7,19,300/-
QUERIES
(1). AM I LIABLE FOR REGISTRATION?
(2). AM I LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX?

ans 1: Yes. You are liable. ans2: You are liable to collect service tax from your service receiver. If you do not collect... you have to pay out of your own pocket.
