Chitfund Business doesn't require VAT registration. Instead Chits have to be registered with CHit Registrar depending upon the Jurisdiction of your place/State.

Chit fund Registration is done from Sale Tax office in Maharashtra. For Which Status you are asking documents i mean company or Partnership
