Registration for articlship and gmcs

10 September 2013 i had sent my articlship form in the month of february but till now my registration is not done, there was a letter for the final registration instruction and a compliance for the address of corespondance which i replied a long period back and also remitted the registration fees and without getting the registration letter can i do my gmcs 1 ?

but this isnt working . i has tried a coupl of times but the confirmatn mail is not received to my mail id through which i can validate my query.
