Sir,
In 2010 purchase one flat , that time i claim registraion and stamp duty under 80 c. that flat i sold out in feb 2012.
this year on dec 12 i purchase flat.so, now can agian claim registration and stamp duty amount under 80c

Yes you can claim as there is no restriction like you can claim benefit U/s 80C only once in lifetime.
