I want to start my work of SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION AGENT. Do SERVICE TAX OFFICE provide any permission for that or can i start it at my own without any permission?

No there is no any provision for registration you can start work without any permission.

For working as Service tax practitioner, we need to intimate to the department, not for registration agent
