One wants to open a proprietorship business. What Liabilities he has to pay to concerning authority and where he has to register Firm and what have to do?

In the case of proprietorship business there is no registration of firm, but the respective state's shops and establishment acts will require registration.

i like to know what tyoe of business u are going to do the given above detail is right but if you are buying and selling vat is required if u do some labour job service tax is required
