I wish to register a Newspaper & Magazine Publication company(Like Hindu, Nakkeeran) as service Provider under Service tax Act?
Actually under which category of service will it come?

Thanks for your reply.By the mean time Pl confirm,Is it(Exemption) applicable to commercial Magazine also?

Like G.K Today, Competition Affairs etc.

Pl clarify the following
i.e. A Commercial Magazine is published every month & and it has obtained so many advertisements from the commercial establishments.whether should that magazine publisher collect the service tax for its services?
