14 December 2010 what if water and electricity bills are received on the name of Head Office address and not on current address of Factory?

14 December 2010 What is your question? I could not understand. If your address has been changed , just inform the authorities, and request for change the address.

My question is that whether any risk or financial impact is there if registration of factory at Dombivili is done in the name of Head office which is at Bandra?
and not want to change in future.
