01 October 2010 exemption upto Rs. 10 lakhs if pr yr services did not exceed Rs. 10 laks.

But Remember if u cross the limit of Rs. 900000/-, then you are liable to get registered with the Department.

02 October 2010 agree, Up to Rs.10 lakh exemption can be claimed without registration, once the turnover crossing the Rs.9 Lakh you can register
