Dear Sir,
I am registered dealer under GST under regular. Now i want to convert my registration from regular to Composition. Can I convert it in F.Y 2018-19 from Jan 2019. Please advise me.

From composition to regular any time but from regular to composition can opt only after 31.03.2019.

No. Before the beginning of financial year, you are required to provide a declaration on the GST Portal. This cannot be done anytime during the year.
