07 June 2014 hello everyone, I need to know is registration compulsory if the turnover of business is 5 crocre and the services is export of services. will he get exemption and if he gets exemption is he required to get registered.

07 June 2014 yes registration is necessary as exemptions is in context of not paying service tax but reg is compulsory.
