31 May 2014 CAN I CHARGE SERVICE TAX ON MY CLIENT THOUGH I NOT REGISTERED.

CAN I APPLY APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION THOUGH MY TURNOVER NOT EXCEEDED RS. 900000.

31 May 2014 Don't do that please...... you r in a fiduciary state with Govt......if you charge service tax, although not applicable to you....then mind it well, you need to pay the same to Govt.... (You r collecting money in the name of Govt....so u need to pay...ok?) Never do that.
