Whether registration of a property is mandatory ...even we dont have any threat to the title and ownership?? The entity just want to take the tax benefit?

If you don't have title on it then it is liberty to not register the property. Because ownership is not going to change.

The property belongs to X ...and its leasing to its own company....this means that since there is no issue of contradiction for title...now it doenst want to register because of its huge cost ...can Income tax deny to give the benefits...Thats what I need to knw please
