Dear Sir,
One of my client is a civil contractor and resident of U.P, but he often take civil work contracts in the states of Haryana and Delhi.
For servise tax registration he has to apply in the state where he is working or he can take registration on the address of his home and work on that number accross India.
Please advise me.

Yes, he can do that provided he issues the bills for construction from the same address.
