I am doing a trading business and want to change the registered address of business. Can I shift the business to the new address before the change of registered address?

07 January 2021 Yes, first shift the business. All the changes to the address recorded in the GST common portal must be updated within 15 days on occurrence of the event of a change in the address by filing a GST Amendment Application.

07 January 2021 Yes, you can. It is amendment to core field in registration certificate. you have 15 days to apply for amendment in registration.
