Yes, first shift the business. All the changes to the address recorded in the GST common portal must be updated within 15 days on occurrence of the event of a change in the address by filing a GST Amendment Application.

Yes, you can. It is amendment to core field in registration certificate. you have 15 days to apply for amendment in registration.
