Regd transfer of funds

24 January 2015 Hi Expert,
Where I try to transfer funds from my HDFC bank, the message shown is "Charge 2.5 (exlcusive of taxes)"

Am wondering whether 'taxes' refer to service tax? If yes, what rate of service tax is applicable for transfer of funds.

Amount to be transferred is below 10000.
