dear all plz describe me that rather -payment of computer fees,lab fees and liabrary fees paid every month ,rather it will be deducted as tution fees u/s 80c or not.

In Sec 80c it is specifically mentioned that deduction will be granted on payment of tution fees only i.e. fees collected by institution as tution fee.
as u have mentioned fees paid as computer fees, lab fees and liabrary fee are not allowed under income tax act

"(xvii) as tuition fees (excluding any payment towards any development fees or donation or payment of similar nature), whether at the time of admission or thereafter,
(a) to any university, college, school or other educational institution situated within India;
(b) for the purpose of full-time education of any of the persons specified in sub-section (4) "
