10 November 2014 Dear Sir

I have taken the transfer from my employer and transfer form duly submit to ICAI and they also approved it and online status also showing the transfer but my previous employer was told me i register a complaint against you that was my fraud sign in the form 109.
and plz tell me is there is any consequences regarding this bcz icai had already approved my transfer and online status is also showing the same.
Plz help me ...............

10 November 2014 What is the TRUTH?......did you really take employer's signature fraudulently? If NOT, you need not get scared. But if there is a slight element of MISREPRESENTATION on your part, be very careful. Your articleship is at STAKE. Better sort out the issue with some one SENIOR from your side.

10 November 2014 no sir i have not done his signature. he was harassing me after giving me a transfer

10 November 2014 No, I can NOT accept that. Every problem has to have a solution, no matter you are able to find it out or not. If at all EGO has to be set aside, it is you who should set it aside first rather than expecting your Principal to do so.
Involve some senior member of your family...r u understanding what I am saying.....Let your senior member of your family speak with your principal

10 November 2014 no they are showing attitude and no matter solve . sir icai approves my transfer in his record or in fact or reality i have not done his fraud signature. and in records for status check with icai and they approver my transfer. but if they are submit any letter to icai . will it entertain by icai or not

10 November 2014 The letter will DEFINITELY be looked into by ICAI.
(They means who? your parents or principal????)

10 November 2014 they means principal . but is it possible once transfer has been approved by icai and registered article into other principal

10 November 2014 Please try to understand one thing.... "whenever there is smoke, there is fire."

If your principal REALLY informs ICAI that his signature was obtained fraudulently, ICAI will LOOK into the matter, that is for sure.

Now you have to take the CALL if your principal will REALLY inform ICAI or not.
